How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition with the original box and invoice to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
2. Return Exceptions
A).Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
B).Tampered Serial Number
C).Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
D). Sent back without original box and invoice
3. Depending on the Availability of the product, extra time would be needed to deliver the product back to you
Cancellation/refund & Replacement
- Refund is always in terms of credit points
- Order placed using gift voucher or discount coupons will not be eligible for a refund
- Order cannot be cancelled once booked using your credit points
- Credit points used to get discount on COD and if you are rejecting the delivery then points used as discount on the product will be permanently deducted.
- Before making the payment to the delivery person , you will not be able to open the parcel in cash on delivery
- Any issue with the quality or size of the product, you can send us back for replacement
- Customer must send us back the product within 7 days after delivery, for replacement. Delay in sending it back to us would be considered as usage of the product and warranty will be void.
- Once we receive the product from the customer within the given time frame, we will replace the product.
- Replacement will be processed only after the verification of the product based on the claim.

- Delay in receiving the product due to courier or product misplaced /lost/damaged during the shipment, we would only replace the product but no refund.
- If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
- Any issue with the quality or size of the product, you can send us back for replacement.
- Cancellation by blitzkart due to unavailability of product, Non-serviceable locations, restrictions on number of products, error in pricing. The charged amount will be refunded to you at the earliest.
